Martorana Fruit
Martorana fruit is a world-famous Sicilian dessert: its preparation and packaging offer, in shape and appearance at the end of the preparation process, the perfect imitation of fruit and sometimes vegetables or fish. Internally it is similar to marzipan but considerably sweeter and tastier. The basis of the recipe is exclusively almond flour and honey.
Ingredients: sugar, almond, honey, preservative: potassium sorbate, vanillin, flavoring, glazing agent: white refined shellac, coloring agent: E124*, E122*, E 131, E 132, E110*, E 151.
Store in a cool, dry place; away from heat sources. Product ready for consumption.
